The Bellhop/Porter will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
Offer assistance with transportation arrangements and local attractions
Provide exemplary customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
Collaborate with the concierge and front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bellhop/Porter in a luxury hotel is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a warm and friendly demeanor
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
High school diploma or equivalent
Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
