We are currently seeking courteous and efficient Bellboys to join our team. If you have a passion for guest service, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming attitude, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with their luggage, delivering it to their rooms, and explaining room features.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Offer assistance to guests with special requests or needs.
Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area.
Monitor and assist with guest transportation needs, such as arranging taxis or shuttle services.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
Uphold a high standard of guest service and act as an ambassador for the hotel.
Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.

Qualifications:.
Previous experience as a Bellboy or in a guest services role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
Professional and welcoming demeanor.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move luggage.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest (if applicable).
Commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.
