Beauty Salon Manager

We are seeking a Beauty Salon Manager to be in charge of our salon’s day to day operations. As a Beauty Salon Manager, you will be responsible to keep the records of our expenses and supervise staff. You should also be able to promote our services and products to clients. You will assist in boosting customer satisfaction so they leave the salon content with our services. Responsibilities
Supervising activities and salon operations.

Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required.

Arranging and managing the salon employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.

Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

3 years of work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager, Beauty Therapist or a similar role.

Certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology will be a must.

Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.

Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
