Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons.
Assist with classroom activities, including instructing and supervising students.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
Assist with classroom management, including behavior guidance and discipline when needed.
Support students with their individual learning and social-emotional needs.
Prepare and organize educational materials and resources.
Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other activities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Participate in professional development and training to enhance your teaching skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is a plus).
Relevant coursework or certifications related to early childhood education or teaching.
Strong passion for education and helping students succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of various abilities.
Ability to collaborate with lead teachers and follow their instruction.
Organizational skills and attention to detail in assisting with classroom materials.
Flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs of the classroom.
Ability to work well as part of a teaching team.
