Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Supervise students during class activities, transitions, and outdoor play.
Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
Support in preparing and organizing educational materials.
Collaborate with lead teachers to assess students’ progress.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Uphold a commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher or in a similar role is beneficial.
Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of child development and educational principles.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Certification in early childhood education (if applicable) is a plus.
