Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans, supervising students, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in delivering educational activities and lessons.
Provide support to students in their learning endeavors.
Supervise students in the classroom, during lunch, and on the playground.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and organize educational and recreational activities.
Monitor student progress and behavior, and communicate observations to the lead teacher.
Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students with learning challenges or special needs.
Uphold and enforce school rules and disciplinary measures as directed by the lead teacher or school administration.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
Familiarity with teaching methods and educational practices.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the lead teacher and other staff members.
Capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
