Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students. This role will involve assisting with classroom activities, student supervision, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in preparing and implementing lesson plans.
Provide assistance to students in understanding and completing class assignments.
Assist in managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment.
Help create instructional materials and resources for lessons.
Aid in the grading of assignments and maintaining accurate student records.
Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure effective classroom management.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or in pursuit of a degree).
Relevant experience in working with students, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with educational technology and teaching aids is a plus.
