We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Assistant Executive to support senior management in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative and communication skills who can handle a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist executives in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential documents and ensure their security
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure smooth operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests with professionalism
Support executives in ad hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
