Architectural & Interior Design Coordinator

Description

An excellent opportunity is available for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Design Coordinator to contribute to design development, space planning, technical documentation, and project coordination. The role involves working closely with design teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and assist with architectural and interior design concepts.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
Create space-planning solutions based on project requirements.
Select and coordinate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual concepts.
Produce and revise technical drawings using relevant design software.
Coordinate design requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site visits and verify measurements and existing conditions.
Maintain accurate project drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation.
Review design details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support project teams in meeting design deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design applications.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and space planning.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.
Previous industry experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
