Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance: Provide assistance to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on flight details, baggage, and airport facilities.
Documentation: Verify passenger documents, issue boarding passes, and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
Baggage Handling: Oversee the handling of passenger baggage, ensuring proper tagging, loading, and unloading.
Flight Coordination: Collaborate with ground crew, cabin crew, and other airport staff to ensure efficient flight operations.
Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations and follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Airport Services Agent or in a similar role is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of airline and airport operations, including check-in procedures and security regulations.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment.
Proficiency in using airport systems and technology.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
