Description
A detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant is required to support daily accounting operations and assist the finance department with maintaining accurate financial records. The selected candidate will help with data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documents
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform data entry and update accounting systems accurately
Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Support the finance team with administrative tasks
