Job Title: Accountant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance as needed.
Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
