A reputable fitness center is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer to guide clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and professional support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe training practices
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas
• Promote a positive and healthy fitness environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role
• Certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training is preferred
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels
