3D Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to produce high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into realistic and visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for architectural, interior, product, or commercial projects.
Develop 3D concepts based on project requirements and client specifications.
Produce realistic lighting, textures, materials, and animations when required.
Prepare presentation visuals and design layouts for client approval.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams.
Modify and update 3D models based on client feedback and project changes.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Organize and maintain design files, models, and project documentation.
Stay updated with the latest 3D design software, techniques, and industry trends.
Support project execution with technical drawings and visualization materials when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Previous experience as a 3D Designer is preferred.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar 3D design software.
Strong understanding of modeling, rendering, lighting, and texturing techniques.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous 3D design and visualization work is highly preferred.
