Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl

We are looking for a diligent and organized Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office, including common areas.
Perform basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Follow instructions from office management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
