Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
Generate reports and extract information from databases to support business operations and decision-making processes.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to gather data and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information, providing support and assistance to internal stakeholders as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and tools.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry techniques and shortcuts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
