Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales of our products or services.

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
