Prepare and maintain all financial data/accounts on month on month. Maintain payroll register of the employee and checking employees claims i.e. Gratuity, Leave Encasement and bonus etc. Prepare bank reconciliation Statement on Daily & monthly basis. Reconciliation of parties Accounts & checking of all types of voucher. Maintain fixed assets register, petty cash posting and reconciling daily basis. Prepare records for external audit, checking of markup on different Loans etc. Perform weekly and monthly expense review process. Prepare cost sheet to scrutinize import and L/Cs for closing. Process journal entries. Complies with Accounting Standards and UAE Law. Documenting and monitoring internal controls. Prepare Budget for next year. Prepare and maintain all receivable for Group of companies. Analyze financial reports and can give advice if required. Knowledge of financial appraisal for agents/Support staff. Minimum Requirement:- Proficient knowledge of different computerized Accounting system like Quick Books etc. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Self-motivated and able to self-prioritize with minimal supervision. Must be flexible and adaptable to new processes and solutions • Real Estate industry experience is preferred. Honest, ethical and handles things in confidential manner.
