Relationship Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Understand clients’ financial needs and goals and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses for clients to provide personalized financial solutions.
Present and explain company products, services, and offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and maximize revenue.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
